Our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Hemingway Massage Products, a Division of JJI Web Solutions INC, we strive to resolve any and all issues as quickly and conveniently as possible for our customers. You can return or exchange almost everything within 15 days or your order delivery date for a full refund. Please be sure to read though the exceptions to this rule listed below.

To begin your return / exchange / refund or replacement process simply contact us and we will do our best to make sure your happy with your order. Be sure to include your order number and as much details as you can so that we can process the request as quick as possible for you.

Credit will be issued within two business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.


   - Items weighing 150 lbs. or more need to be coordinated through our Customer Service Center at 815-624-8580.
   - Personalized items, compact disks, DVD's, and opened containers are non-returnable.
   - Due to the hygienic nature of our sewn products, all Linens & Covers are non-returnable.
   - Anatomical charts, display racks, books, and brochures are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
   - Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Specific Manufactures Products:

To ensure the most efficient processing of your return, please note that certain manufacture's products are not returnable for credit or exchange through JJI Web Solutions Inc. These manufacturers require that they directly handle their damaged or defective products. Any products that are exceptions to our regular return policy are clearly stated in the product description, and cannot be returned to JJI Web Solutions Inc. Please contact the manufacture for repairs or replacements of these items.

Discontinued Products:

At times, Hemingway Massage Products will offer specially priced items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Clearance Items:

Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Product Replacement:

When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item and new tracking number once JJI Web Solutions Inc. receives, approves and processes the return item.
