Shipping Procedures and Policies


All shipping prices provided by this site are generated automatically by software and are considered estimates not guaranteed prices. Prices may need to be adjusted after final shipping costs are calculated. If the updated cost is less than the estimated price we will adjust your final charge automatically. If the price is more than estimated we will contact you for final authorization.

Free shipping offers are for orders being shipped to the continental 48 US states only. Although our system cannot separate states or countries outside of the continental 48 for these offers it is up to the end user to read and understand these terms before placing an order.

Please remember that any shipping times selected do not include order processing time. Example: If you choose FedEx 2Day shipping that does not mean your order will arrive 2 days after you place your order. It simply means your order will take two days to ship after we have processed your order. If you have a time sensitive order, please call us to confirm that we can accommodate your time schedule.


Standard Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed after Fridays shipment will be shipped on the following Monday.

Some items will be shipped directly from the manufacture. For these items we can not control turnaround time however most commonly the manufacture turnaround time is less then 48 hours.

Massage Tables, custom orders, and items that are being restocked can take longer. Hemingway Massage Products will contact you via email or phone to discuses shipping times on any orders taking longer then the standard shipping times.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that orders placed with USPS will not have tracking numbers that keep up to date tracking information.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders / Not in Stock Items:

If an item goes on back order or is currently not in stock we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock under the normal shipping time. When the not in stock or back ordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. Please note that you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
